Roald has been animating and directing since 2011. Being a film school graduate, the narrative potential of animation quickly drew him in. A hands-on creative that puts the project first, Roald is at home with both 2D and 3D pipelines. When he's not at his desk, you'll find him hitting. kicking or throwing some kind of ball.

Daniela joined CARTEL as co-owner in 2023. Bringing with her over 10 years of animation and directing experience, she is passionately team-orientated. Her creative outlets range from design, animation, coding, making clothes for her son and we're running out of space here but there's more.
